Do my technicians need new phones?
No. Mantix runs on the Android phones most crews already carry. Phones with NFC open an asset with a tap; phones without NFC (and iPhones, in the browser) scan the asset’s QR code instead.
What happens when there’s no signal?
The phone keeps working. Jobs, checklists, readings and photos are saved on the phone and sync on their own when the signal comes back. Basements, plant rooms and remote sites are the reason we built it this way.
We already have SAP. Do we need to replace it?
No. Mantix runs alongside SAP; many sites use it as the field layer the crew actually touches. Integration with SAP PM is scoped per project on the Enterprise plan.
Does Mantix use AI? Does it decide anything on its own?
It never decides on its own. Smart cards come from your own readings, stock and workload with arithmetic you can check. AI features (Einar, manual search, failure prediction and more) answer from your records only, propose with a confidence and a “Why?”, and a person accepts. Each has its own off switch.
Where is our data, and can we take it out?
Each company’s data is kept in its own separate database on Cloudflare, with encrypted connections, nightly backups to a separate location, role-based permissions and a full audit trail. An Admin can export everything to CSV at any time. It’s your data.
How is the price worked out?
₱20,000 per site per month (introductory price, locked for founding sites) plus a per-asset fee based on the size of your register. We confirm the exact figure in writing after the fit call.
What happens on the fit call?
Thirty minutes about your plant: your last breakdowns, how work is tracked today, what you’ve already tried. No slides. If Mantix isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you.
How long until we’re live?
Four to six weeks for a site. Critical assets are tagged and working in the first two weeks; the rest of the register follows while your crew is already using it.
How does Mantix compare with SAP PM or IBM Maximo?
They are built for global corporations: long projects, consultants, per-user licenses. Mantix covers the core maintenance loop for a site or a group of sites, live in 4–6 weeks at a site price. Many sites run Mantix alongside SAP, which stays for finance.
Can Mantix post maintenance cost to our accounting system?
Yes. Every order is charged to a cost center, WBS or asset, as capital or expense. At month end Mantix creates one draft journal entry in Odoo, or a CSV for SAP, QuickBooks or Xero.
